This is a drop-off summer fun camp, elementary ages 6+ on select mornings 9:00-12:30. It is a single day camp. The morning will include animal interaction and chores involving miniature horses, goats, chickens, quail, bunnies, desert tortoises, and our pig Sweet Pea, garden maintenance, planting, garden lessons, woodshop activities, old timey skills, and other activities & crafts.
A farm snack is provided or campers are welcome to bring lunch to eat together at the end. Each camp will be designed with a new lesson and activity in case your child wants to attend multiple days. We love the benefits of multi-age learning so all lessons are geared with this in mind and are suitable for multiple ages. Two farmyard educators will also be available for certain activities so older campers can get more hands-on with the larger animals.
