The Heritage Ranch is the ideal location for your private event. We offer over an acre of charming rustic outdoor space in the heart of Encinitas. Our unique layout and historic ambience offer ample oportunity to design your dream event.

We have ample parking, a deep-pit BBQ, horse-shoe pits, stage with sound and lights, picnic tables and more.

We have options for rental of our complete site or for rental of portions of our site, depending on your needs.

WEDDINGS AT THE SAN DIEGUITO HERITAGE MUSEUM

The rustic and historic backdrops of the Museum offer the perfect site for a themed wedding!  The wide open space in the center of the grounds provides a blank canvas for your special day and plenty of room for the ceremony and reception.  Backdrops include the newly restored historical Teten House, the General Store, an old Stagecoach, Fire Engine, Texaco station façade and more!  Beautiful trees and local flora and fauna encircle the area, providing privacy for your event.

Our rental fee includes the following:

·       Sole use of the property for the wedding date

·       Complimentary guest parking

·       Separate Bride and Groom’s dressing areas

·       Suggested Day-of-the-Event Timeframe:

o   One hour for rehearsal

o   Two hours before the ceremony for pictures

o   Five hours for the Ceremony and Reception

o   One hour of clean-up and teardown after the wedding
